At Morii Café, we want every order to reach you fresh and in perfect condition.

  • Food Products
    Since our products (like crackers & café goods) are perishable, we cannot accept returns once delivered.

  • Non-food / Merchandise
    If you purchase any non-perishable merchandise, you may return it within 7 days in its original packaging, unused and unopened.

  • Refunds
    Refunds (no-food/merchandise) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • Damaged or Wrong Orders
    If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours at moriicafebandra@gmail.com with photos and your order number.
