1. Cake Orders (Pre-Orders)

  • All cakes must be pre-ordered at least 42 hours in advance.

  • Same-day delivery for cakes is not available to ensure freshness and preparation time.

2. Other Café Products (Snacks, Crackers, Beverages, Merchandise)

  • Orders for non-cake items are usually processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Delivery timelines depend on your location:

    • Metro cities: 2–4 business days

    • Other regions: 3–7 business days

3. Delivery Areas

  • We currently deliver across Mumbai through our trusted courier partners.

  • Within our local café service radius, special delivery slots may be available.

4. Delivery Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

5. Delays

  • While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or other external factors.

  • For pre-ordered cakes, we recommend placing orders well in advance to avoid scheduling conflicts.
